The Leadership In Life Institute (LILI) program is considered one of the finest programs of its type in the nation. While it is a great commitment to attend, the past graduates have attested to getting so much more out of it than they expected. Focusing on personal growth and self discovery, the Institute provides an environment for mastering and developing leadership skills. The Indiana staging of NAIFA’s Leadership in Life Institute is accepting candidate applications for the 2020 Institute. Your local association may submit up to two candidates. Space is extremely limited and candidates will be screened by the Indiana LILI Candidate Selection Panel. Please contact the association office 317-844-6268 for an application or questions.
